I just realized that I fixed the problem .... FOR MOZILLA USERS ONLY!
so if you use IE then go get Firefox.... otherwise the images still are big as **** because **** don't **** listen.....
So Lemm only wins half-way .... FOR NOW! muhahahahahahahahahah

well i finally finished what I think would work for a script for IE to resize the images...
only to be slapped in the face because Clemson won't allow me to call the getimagesize() functions on URL's outside of Clemson webspace.... so basically the 5 hrs or so I put into figuring out more of PHP and writing this **** was all for nothing....
I'll be able to do it when we move the website though so I'm saving the file
